Our department offers fire extinguisher training to businesses and organizations in the community. We will come to your location and provide hands-on training to help you and your employees feel confident in using a fire extinguisher.

At Community Fire Company, our mission is to protect and serve the life and property of our community., as well as our Mutual Aid districts. We are dedicated to providing exceptional emergency services and fire prevention education to ensure safety for all.
Community Fire Company has multiple types of membership. Firefighter, EMS, Support Group, Junior Firefighter Training Program, Fire Police. No experience needed. We will train you! We currently have 27 active members.
Chief John Sharpe
Chief Sharpe started as a firefighter showing interest to move through the ranks of Fire Fighter, Lieutenant, Captain, Assistant Chief, and holding the position of Chief for the past Eleven years. Chief Sharpe has served his community for thirty-nine years.
Assistant Chief Evan Faucher
Evan has been with Community Fire Company for seventeen years, pushing through the ranks from Firefighter, Lieutenant, Captain and in his current position as Assistant Chief.

Captain Anthony Fitzherbert
Tony has been in the fire service for over ten years. He started with Community Fire Company in 2018. Moving from Firefighter to Lieutenant, then onto the rank of Captain in 2023. He creates great relationships with mutual aid towns. Tony has strong leadership skills and command roles for our department.
LT. George Patrinos
George has been in the fire service for over fourty years. He has knowledge with fire apparatus maintenance. He teaches all members how to pump, drive safely, and place apparatus in proper places. George is the officer in charge of Driver Training.

LT. Roger Durand
Roger has been in the fire service for over fifty years. Moving forward from Firefighter to Lieutenant, currently the Vice President of Community Fire Company. Roger has had the privilege of being the former President, Secretary, and assistant treasurer.
LT. Aaron Gallucci
Aaron has been in the fire service for sixteen years. Aaron has been on Community Fire for two years, recently moving to the rank of Lieutenant this year. He is also the officer in charge of the Junior Program.
Fire Police Captain Rocky Narvarro
Rocky has been with Community Fire Company since the beginning. Rocky started in 1938. He was seen going through all of the ranks. Retiring as Honorary Chief. Rocky spends time handling Fire Prevention at the Thompson public schools/day cares and holds fundraisers for the fire department to allocate funds. Rocky is the Captain of Fire Police personnel.
Safety Officer Lisa Raymond

This unit responds to Medical calls. Unit holds 5 personnel. This unit has the equipment nessecary to ensure basic life saving measures.
Service 181 is our brush truck. This unit holds 250 gallons of water, with forestry equipment such as handlines, chainsaws, rakes, shovels, ropes, stokes basket, and has a pump as well. This unit can be seen at numerous calls such as Fires, Accidents, Brush Fires, and Service Calls. This unit holds 3 personnel.
Engine 181 is a 5-man commerical cab. It holds 750 gallons of water. This unit has a single combi tool, Ladders, K12, and many more cool pieces of equipment. This unit goes to every Structure Fire, Motor Vehicle Accident, Car Fire, and Fire alarm.
Engine Tanker 181 is a 2-man commerical cab. It holds 2500 gallons of water. This unit goes to every Structure Fire, Motor Vehicle Accident, Car Fire, and Fire alarm. This unit is also on the Northern Tanker Task Force. We go Mutual aid to different states and towns with this piece of apparatus.
Rescue 481 is a 8 man cab over. This unit goes to every Structure Fire, Motor Vehicle Accident, Car Fire, and Fire alarm. This unit has Struts, airbags, extrication equipment, an Air Bottle Cascade System, extra SCBA Bottles, and a Light Tower for night time operations.
Tower 181 is a 4 man cab over. It holds 500 gallons of water with a 2,000 gallon per minute pump. This unit goes to every Structure Fire, Motor Vehicle Accident, Car Fire, and Fire alarm. This unit is an asset to the fire service, as we can reach rooftops, and perform high angle rescues with the tower.
UTV 181 is a 3-man bench seat. Unit has lights and sirens, also holding 60 gallons of water. This unit goes to every brush fire or search and rescue. This unit has off road capablities. We go Mutual aid to different states and towns with this piece of apparatus.
Our Marine Boat is used to assist in water rescues, such as swimmers in distress, and water emergencies on lakes or ponds. This unit can hold up to 4 personnel.
The Junior program was created to teach teens the skills needed to be a firefighter. Juniors are between the ages fifteen and eighteen. All junior members will be fully outfitted with PPE, learn tools on the apparatus, train with our firefighters in a safe enviorment, and assist on calls. Email us for more info
